We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Return Eligibility:
Returns accepted only for items that are damaged and incorrect.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.
 
Conditions:
Products must be unused and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Please record an unboxing video as proof. If a return is required, you must provide both the unboxing video and a video of the repackaging process.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was ours.
 
Refunds:
Failure to provide any proof will give the company the right to reject the refund.

Approved refunds will be start from the date the seller receives the returned item, and it will take up to one week to process.
